My name is Marianna Zielinski and I founded Taxolutions LLC to take advantage of today's technologies and make tax preparation accurate, convenient, and painless for you. My credentials as an Enrolled Agent along with my Master's Degree in Computer Science make me the ideal choice to streamline your tax experience and get you the best tax results possible according to the current tax law.

Enrolled agents are the only federally-licensed tax experts that have unlimited rights to represent taxpayers before the IRS. With me you will have 20+ years of tax preparation experience, attention to the minute details, complete dedication to you, and year round availability. Taxes are personal, can be complicated, stressful and frustrating BUT! ... you will have ME to help you through all this, year round. Your comfort and convenience are important to me. MY SERVICES

There is no brick and mortar office. In the era of technology almost anything can be done in the cloud, taxes belong there definitely. You can be anywhere in the world and I will help you to fulfill your US citizen or resident obligation by preparing and e-filing your income tax return. All you have to do is submit required documents to me through the Secure Portal, fill out the questionnaire, and answer additional questions relevant to your situation. We can have a tax interview using Skype, Google Voice or just a phone. We can meet on neutral grounds like your office or a library if you are local. Appointments at your home are possible if you are an established local client. Ask me about benefits of hosting a tax preparation event in your home for you, your friends and relatives.

Not having additional office expenses allows me to pass savings to you. I keep my fees reasonable. And I have a referral rewards program.

Tax Preparation

I do not do creative accounting. My responsibility to you is to get the best possible results in strict compliance with current tax law. You are responsible for providing the proper source documents and numbers used to calculate your tax refund or liability. I will let you know which documents are required. I will need to see your last filed tax return (if you are a new client), your filled out client questionnaire, and I will ask you additional questions to be certain you are getting all tax benefits you are entitled to. I will answer all your questions and advise you of positive tax strategies going forward.

Tax Planning

I offer this service outside of the tax season. I will assess your current tax situation, run calculations for multiple scenarios and offer you advice for planning your life from the tax point of view. I can refer you to a Financial Advisor if you are interested. Please contact me BEFORE you are about to make any important financial decision since it might have a BIG impact on your tax situation. Document exchange and storage are bank level AES-256 bit encrypted. Once you've established your client account in the cloud you will have a total control over it. You will be able to upload your documents, review and print copies of your current and prior tax returns. All our sensitive communications are done only through portal.
